Forum Reorganization

I have reorganized the boards to better reflect our usage patterns. There are now two main boards, one for general topics like announcements, events, and the community forum, and one for games (with our more popular games having their own forum on the games board).

A note about the Events forum and the Community Forum: Please post only tournaments, or other official events, in the Events forum. For things like the painting challenge, informal gatherings, and discussion of what we are doing on Sunday, please use the Community Forum.
